ASCH Infraestructuras y Servicios S.A. is a global company with almost 70 years of experience in the construction of all types of infrastructure and landmark buildings. It is also a specialist in the development, conservation, and maintenance of infrastructure, as well as concession management.

ASCH Infraestructuras y Servicios was created in 2018 to absorb all of ASSIGNIA’s business lines, along with most of its subsidiaries and branches, currently spread across more than 8 countries. Assignia was founded in 1955, and its first project was a railway project. Since then, it has expanded into every area of construction, carrying out projects on four continents.

This absorption brought together not only projects and activities but also machinery and the most important asset for any organization: its people, who have developed, and continues doing it, the company’s most emblematic projects, both in Spain and internationally.

The company currently carries out various infrastructure, building, and maintenance projects in the Americas (Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Chile, Panama, and Colombia) and Europe (Spain, Portugal).
