Yesterday, 8th June 2022, Aesmide had the honour of holding its XIII Golf Tournament at the Torrejón de Ardoz Air Base golf course.
After receiving the players, at 14:00 the briefing and the distribution of the players took place, in which the modality of play was explained: individual stablefford indistinct by three categories.
- First category from 0 to 11,4
- Second category from 11,5 to 18,5
- Third category from 18.6 to 28
The players’ shotgun start was around 14:30, when all the players of the tournament had their picnic and the gift given by Aesmide and sponsors.
Once the tournament was over, a cocktail was held before the prize-giving ceremony by Gerardo Sánchez Revenga, President of Aesmide, Corondel Gomis, Chief Director of the golf course and the sponsors Lorpeland, El Corte Inglés, Gahn, Guzón Ibérica, Oracle, Fecsa, Iturri, Taisa, Inetum and Petrol Bunkering Internacional, S.L to the first 3 classified in each category. In addition, there were special prizes for scratch, longest drive and ball closest to the flag
In order to give all players the opportunity to receive a prize, a raffle was organised, which was made possible thanks to the collaborating companies that participated (Yuma, Sicpa, Ucalsa, International SOS, DSV, Integra, Netcheck, Inster, Gahn Nest, Hotel Wellington, Golf Soria, Santa Teresa, Nagú, Vinofilia and Zelenza).
Aesmide also participated by raffling a weekend with bed and breakfast at the Lerma Golf Club (Burgos).
