CEOE Campus have launched a new edition of the Progresa IV Project.
This proposal aims to train high-potential women in the skills needed to lead successfully.
To achieve this, the programme will help them better understand how women can become influential and inspiring leadership role models and how they can drive change and innovation in their organisations, but also in their careers and lives.
The Progresa Projectis not only an academic training programme, but also a space for building professional networks and support among participants, mentors, alumnae of other editions and similar programmes (such as the Promociona Project) and leaders. A space for continuous dialogue with the world of business that expands and accommodates the women leaders of the future.
Candidates for the programme must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Higher degree (or validation of diplomas or technical engineering degrees).
- Work experience of 7 years or more.
- Holding a position with projection, leadership and influence in the organisation (middle management, leading departments, challenges, projects, etc).
